Integrated Care & Wellness

How I Support
I draw from Emotion‑Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) within a holistic, relational, and integrated care approach to wellness.
These modalities support whole‑person health and complement care you may be receiving from registered massage therapists, physiotherapists, acupuncturists, osteopaths, naturopathic doctors, and other providers.
EFT deepens emotional awareness and strengthens relationship patterns; DBT offers grounding skills for nervous system regulation and reducing overwhelm; and CBT helps to ifnorm the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviours to support meaningful change.
To address chronic pain, muscle tension, anxiety, trauma, burnout, and postural patterns, I integrate gentle somatic practices such as body scanning, orienting, grounding, boundary mapping, posture experiments, and jaw/face softening.
These approaches increase somatic awareness, support stress‑cycle completion, and help connect emotional experiences with physical sensations.
This collaborative, trauma‑informed, and whole‑person approach allows counselling to work alongside clinic‑based care; addressing both the emotional and physical triggers that lead to tension, stress, and dysregulation.
Let's create flexible and supportive foundation for healing that honours your story and helps you walk the trail to gain balance, clarity, and well‑being.
